If Right-of-way Acquisition is required it will follow the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970. As the project is utilizing Federal funds the policies set forth by the Uniform Act must be followed.
The Uniform Act was adopted to provide uniform and equitable treatment of persons whose property is acquired for public use.
