Project Designer: Butler, Fairman & Seufert, Inc.

Butler Fairman & Seufert (BF&S) has provided a wide range of Civil Engineering expertise and services since 1961. Our leadership in providing Guaranteed Savings Contract (GSC) assistance to communities throughout Indiana began in 2006 when the law governing the process was expanded to include municipalities and boards that operate municipal water and wastewater utilities. BF&S has worked with numerous Communities and Contractors to implement GSC projects ranging from $250,000 to $42 million. We have assisted in improving water treatment plants and wastewater treatment; administered contracts to renovate public facilities such as town halls, fire stations, and 911 dispatch centers; and have helped reduce infiltration, inflow, and CSO overflows; all utilizing the GSC method. Our success has been achieved through the knowledge and experience of our staff of over 150 Professional Engineers, Surveyors, Landscape Architects, and technical support staff. Although contracting methods have changed, our mission remains the same: Providing Civil Engineering Solutions for Better Communities.
