Phase I
Eastbound and westbound traffic on Cleveland Street is open. Northbound and southbound traffic on SR 130 south of Cleveland is open. SR 130/SR 51 north of the intersection at Cleveland is closed in both directions. Traffic wishing to travel west of SR 130 should take E 37th Ave west to N Lake Park Ave, then south on Lake Park Ave to Old Ridge Road, and finally east on Old Ridge Road to Cleveland Street. Traffic wishing to travel east of SR 130 should take Highway 6 east to N County Line Road, then south on N County Line Road to E Cleveland Street.
Phase II
Cleveland Street west of SR 130 is open to traffic in both directions. SR 51/SR 130 is only accessible north of Cleveland Street. This phase of construction will not begin until July 12th. Traffic wishing to travel east of SR 130 from north of Hobart should take Highway 6 east to N County Line Road, then head south on N County Line Road to E Cleveland Street. Traffic wishing to travel south on SR 130 should take Highway 6 east to N County Line Road, then head south on N County Line Road to SR 130. If coming from the downtown area and wishing to go south, take Main Street south to E 10th Street, then head east on E 10th Street to N County Line Road. N County Line Road will intersect with SR 130, Cleveland Street, and Highway 6.
Phase III
The roundabout will be open to traffic in all directions except Cleveland Street west of SR 130/SR 51. The completion date for this phase is October 10th. At that time, the project should be substantially complete with no further impacts to traffic. During this phase, we suggest utilizing County Line Road to go north to Highway 6, then west on Highway 6/E 37th Ave to N Lake Park Ave, then south on Lake Park Ave to Old Ridge Road, and finally east to Cleveland Street. An alternate route is to utilize County Line Road south to E 10th Street, then west on E 10th Street to Lincoln Street, then north on Lincoln Street/Main Street to Cleveland Ave.
