Phase I
Eastbound and westbound traffic on 61st Avenue will remain open during Phase I but will be limited to a single lane in both directions. Marcella will also remain open, but there will be a change to the northbound lanes at 61st. The left lane will be designated for left turns onto westbound 61st only, while the right lane will be designated for right turns onto eastbound 61st only.
Phase II
Eastbound and westbound traffic on 61st Avenue will remain restricted to single lanes. Marcella will be closed at 61st Avenue. Northbound traffic wishing to travel west on 61st Avenue should take 73rd Avenue west to SR 53/Broadway, then head north on SR 53/Broadway to 61st Avenue. Northbound traffic wishing to travel east on 61st Avenue should take 73rd Avenue east to SR 51/Grand Blvd, then head north on SR 51/Grand Blvd to 61st Avenue. All businesses on the south side of 61st Avenue will remain accessible from Marcella during the closure at the intersection.
Phase III
During Phase III, Marcella will remain closed, and the same suggested detour as in Phase II will be in effect. Eastbound 61st Avenue will remain open to single-lane traffic. Westbound 61st Avenue will be closed. Traffic wishing to travel west on 61st Avenue should use SR 51/Grand Blvd south to 73rd Avenue, then head west on 73rd Avenue to SR 53/Broadway, and finally head north on SR 53/Broadway to 61st Avenue.
